Beverage Process

INDUSTRIAL BREWERIES & MICRO BREWERIES

We supply high quality brewery plant from 5 hl to 200 hl (3 to 120 Imp. barrels) for Micro breweries and Industrial breweries.

Individual tanks or complete turnkey breweries can be supplied and installed.

THE BREWHOUSE for ALE & LAGER

We only supply the traditional lager type of brewhouse as this is the only design with facilities to produce all types of beer:

ALE, LAGER, STOUT, PORTER, WHEAT BEER, PILS, FRUIT BEERS and SPECIALITY BEERS

 The conditions thoughout this stage of the process determine the type and characteristics of the beer. The wort produced in the process is then separated from the spent grain in the LAUTER TUN and then it is boiled with the hops in the KETTLE or COPPER to give a wort ready for fermentation after chilling.

FERMENTERS

We supply all types of beer fermenting vessels suitable for ALE or LAGER fermentation.

CONDITIONING TANKS

Vessels with dished ends, glycol jackets and insulation to take up to 3 bar pressure.

We also supply:

CHILLERS – PUMPS – HEAT EXCHANGERS – BEER FILTERS – PIPEWORK AND VALVES – SERVING TANKS -LIQUOR TANKS (HOT AND COLD) – YEAST PROPAGATION – CIP SYSTEMS – HYDRATORS – MALT HANDLING GRIST CASES – CARBONATORS – MASH FILTERS – DEALCOHOLISATION PLANT.
