Brewhouses
The brewhouse is capable of ALE and LAGER production as well as Wheat Beer, Pils, Stout, Porter, Fruit Beers, Flavoured Beers, Speciality Beers.
It might comprise a 2, 3 or more vessel design depending on the capacity and number of brews required per day. So vessels may be multi-function vessesl e.g. Mash/Kettle operation in the same tank.
Industrial Breweries are clad in stainless steel. Microbreweries can be clad in stainless steel or copper.
The time and temperatures of the brewing process must be carefully controlled and consistent from brew to brew to give a consistent quality of beer. We always include automationcontrol over these parameters to ensure consistency of the brew.
MALT HANDLING EQUIPMENT including Mills, Grist Case, transport systems, malt hydrator.
MASH TUN capable of all types of infusions (single and step). Conical top and bottom, heating system, agitator (variable speed), insulation, light, Pt 100, CIP, top door. Automatic control of times and temperature of the brewing process. Other accessories.
LAUTER TUN with conical top, flat bottom, false filter floor (laser cut), insulation, agitator (variable speed), discharge system for spent grains, side manway, top door, CIP, light, Pt100, flow regulation draining valve.
HELIOS LAUTER TUN FILTER for 30 hl (20 barrel) upwards we offer an advanced system with inner rotating shaft containing an eccentric rotating shaft with the blades. The entire bed is covered by the changing pattern of rotation. This increases efficiency and reduces filtration time and improves yield and clarity of the wort.

WHIRLPOOL with conical top and bottom, insulation, tangential inlet after boiling.
KETTLE / COPPER for the hop addition and boil. Usually carried out in smaller systems in the Mash Tun but could be a separate vessel.
CONTROL PANEL for semi automation at a minimum for control of preset times and temperatures of the brew by Touch Screen control. Many recipe options are possible. Full automation for control with servo valves is also possible and advised for larger systems.
