Cylindro conical (60 degree) vertical LAGER fermenter or unitank.

Separate glycol jackets for cone and side wall for excellent temperature control. Insulation, CIP, Pt100 probe, top/side manway, 3 bar PED certification, sample valve, pressure regulation system, 2 level discharge valves.

ALE FERMENTERS:

The following typical ale fermenting tanks are possible options and will include all accessories as required by the client, such as glycol jackets, insulation, manways, CIP, Pt 100 probes:

TYPE FC: with flat top, hinged lid, conical base

TYPE SSP: with flat top, hinged lid, flat inclined base.

TYPE SST: with conical top and base.
