ROTARY DRUM VACUUM FILTER
For the removal of high levels of solids (up to 20%) from settled residues/lees or from freshly pressed juice.
Units from 2.5 m2 filtration area giving an output of 250 litres per hour, 1,500 litres per day.
The process uses consumable filter powder such as DE or Perlite which is formed as a precoat on the outside of the drum.
