CROSSFLOW MEMBRANE FILTERS
For the filtration of a wine through PES membranes. Units from 1 Module complete with all controls for filtration down to a 0.2 micron porosity.
These techniques are used in applications to remove bacteria or yeast, separate protein to give product stability and to remove all micro and macro particles to give a clear, sterile product. It is recognised as a one-step filtration process without the need for filter media or sheets to stock or dispose of.

D.E PRESSURE LEAF FILTERS
D.E.(Diatomaceous Earth) or Kieselguhr Powder filters also known as Pressure Leaf Filters.
For an economic and effective filtration we recommend the D.E. filter. It is now the standard filtration procedure in all beverage industries where a bright and clear product is required.

PLATE AND FRAME SHEET
Sheet filters are the traditional method of beverage filtration.VELO offer standard 40 x 40 cm and 60 x 60 cm formats. A full range of options such as change over/inversion plates, options on closure systems (manual, hydraulic manual, motorized hydraulic) are offered. Also available are 32 x 32 cm and 20 x 20 cm formats with plates in Moplen.
