Wine Crossflow Filters

For the filtration of a wine through PES membranes. Units from 3 Modules complete with all controls for filtration down to a 0.2 micron porosity.

PES has the remarkable ability to be cleaned very easily and this has changed the face of Crossflow filtration. Changes of wine types (varieties) and even changes from white to red wines are now not as prolonged as they once were.

These techniques are used to remove all micro and macro particles to give a clear, sterile product. It is recognised as a one-step filtration process without the need for filter media or sheets to stock or dispose of.

Systems are possible in a semi automatic mode for the small filters to full automation for the larger machines if required.
